My Journey
I started my career as a performance marketer, running campaigns, optimizing funnels, and working with analytics every day. That role taught me how to think in terms of ROI, conversion, and what actually moves the needle for a business, not vanity metrics.
Working with data on a daily basis sparked a deeper interest in analytics. It wasn't enough to know what happened. I wanted to understand the whyand what to fix next.
Along the way I took on freelance work on Upwork, where consistency, communication, and delivery matter as much as the work itself. That path led to Top Rated status and placement in the top 10% of freelancers globally on the platform.
I love learning new things, especially tech. I'm genuinely curious about how systems work under the hood. For me, learning is the best investment I can make in myself, and that mindset pushed me from marketing into deeper skills.
I enrolled in a data analytics bootcamp and learned data manipulation, visualization, clustering analysis, SQL, and Python. That gave me the ability to go beyond surface-level metrics and connect ad spend to outcomes with clarity, not guesswork.
From there I joined Metana's fullstack and Web3 bootcamp, shipping products end to end, from smart contracts and backend logic to front-end experiences. Development completed the loop: I could analyze, market, and build the product itself.
Off the clock I keep it pretty chill: reading books (Crossing the Chasm is a favorite), playing games (Subnautica is the one I'll happily lose an evening to), and traveling whenever I get a free window. Same curiosity, just a different kind of adventure.


I don't only advise from the outside. I build and run my own business too. Arcana Gaming Space is a premium gaming lounge in Bandung where guests book PS5, Nintendo, racing simulators, and billiards online.
For Arcana I implement a full 360° growth strategy: paid ads to drive bookings, CRM and lifecycle flows to bring guests back, and tech infrastructure: the booking site, tracking, and dashboards. Hence, marketing, sales, and operations stay connected. I run it with a data-driven mindset: review what the numbers say, always find the why behind every metric, and adjust fast so the business grows sustainably. Not just in spikes, but over time.
That operator mindset is what I bring to client work: the same discipline I use on my own P&L, applied to yours.
